It’s hard to believe that Timberline Adult Day Program has been physically closed for a month now. However, we haven’t gone away! Unusual times call for out of the box thinking and our Director, Staff and Board have made sure that we are still able to serve our participants and caregivers.

Daily Phone Support & Virtual Socialization

Our staff, director and volunteers are all taking turns to reach out daily to our participants and caregivers. In addition, we have organized virtual meetings for our participants twice a week! It’s a great time for our Timberline community to socialize with our staff and each other. The stay-at-home order is challenging for all of us, but we want to make sure our community stays in touch. Delivering Meals

Libby & Jilian have been making arrangements with the Summit County Community and Senior Center (SCCSC) to get meals for, and delivered to, our participants and families during the week. You’ll see our van out each week day making deliveries. If you or someone you know is in need of meals during this time, please contact the SCCSC at 970-668-2940. They have volunteers that are delivering freshly prepared meals, blizzard boxes(food boxes), and picking up prescriptions, groceries, pet food.

Delivering Supplies

In addition to meals for our participants and families, we are making sure that our vulnerable, high risk family members have gloves, masks and any mobility devices, such as wheelchairs, that are needed.
