Timberline’s wholistic programs combine socialization, physical exercise & mental well-being, nurse-provided medication management, life skills learning, and outdoor education and recreational experiences.
Established in 2003, Timberline is a Medicaid certified non-profit 501(c)(3) organization. We pride ourselves on our person-centered approach to caring for your loved one with individualized, physician-approved care plans.
