As the only adult day respite care program in Summit County, Timberline plays a critical role in meeting the growing needs of our aging community. We provide caregivers of adults with dementia and disabilities, the opportunity to take a break from caregiving, while we focus on enriching the lives of their loved ones.

Who We Serve

Timberline serves adults over the age of 18 who cannot safely live alone and who can benefit from socialization and staying active mentally and physically. We serve seniors who may be challenged with dementia, Parkinson’s Disease, post stroke or isolation. We also serve adults with developmental disabilities, cerebral palsy, multiple sclerosis, and traumatic brain injury.

Our participants can engage in a number of activities. Timberline offers indoor day activities and special days out. Timberline provides skilled nursing care, medication management, skilled physical therapy, care navigation services by a licensed social worker, and therapeutic activities including art, music, pet therapy and wellness programs.
